There are one-on-one, in-depth sessions available. ◇Spiritual - Are you seeking prayer, motivation, wisdom, help, guidance, accountability, or just a listening ear? Do you want/need someone to do life with you? ◇Financial - Do you need help getting your spending under control, personal budget, etc.?  ◇Self-care Advocate - Are you feeling anxious, depressed, or just need someone to hear you out? Do you want/need someone to do life with you? SELF CARE is mandatory! What's hindering you from living to your fullest capacity? Self-Advocacy isn’t the opposite of self-care; it’s where self-care leaves off. It is like self-care’s sassy big sister – finishing her sentences and taking risks that self-care wouldn’t take.
